Kartoffellieder - Potato Songs
Kartoffellieder - Potato Songs
My mom is an immigrant from Germany, and as such, came with her family recipes. "Kartoffel" means "Potato" in German and "Lieder" means "Songs". Germany is well known for its multitudes of potato recipes. This piece showcases three of these recipes, each one representing a different articulation for your musicians to practice!

Pronounced "Brought-car-tow-feln"
Mvmt 2 - Kartoffelklöße (Potato Dumplings) Slur and Tenuto
